Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest software company in India, has introduced a new operating structure, marking the significant inaugural move made by CEO K Krithivasan since assuming the position on June 1.
Additionally, TCS has reorganized its senior leadership by appointing a number of new senior executives, global heads, and experienced individuals who have been part of the company for 18-30 years.
On July 29, the company revealed that after engaging in discussions with customers and associates over the past few months, TCS has decided to enhance customer value by integrating domain and contextual knowledge across its units.
“With this objective, we have introduced a fresh operating structure that consolidates our existing Industry Solutions Units (ISUs) based on industry segments into essential business groups. These changes will promote a stronger focus on customer-centricity, a critical aspect of our growth,” stated a spokesperson for the company.
