Job Description:

Team and Process Management

  • Expected to lead a young enthusiastic team and monitor their performance on daily


  • Ensure the right training and enablers are in place to support the team
  • Ensure timely roll out of targets and incentives in coordination with Finance, Category

and other stakeholders

  • Ensure the process flow on leads to the team
  • Create or improve processes and SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of the team to meet the targets
  • New Customer Acquisition
  • High-velocity Customer acquisition to be done through telecalling
  • Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
  • Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales

Other Skills

  • Good communication skills for communication with internal stakeholder and for the deal closures
  • Have basic knowledge of Ms Excel, PPT, etc
