Job Description:
Team and Process Management
- Expected to lead a young enthusiastic team and monitor their performance on daily
basis
- Ensure the right training and enablers are in place to support the team
- Ensure timely roll out of targets and incentives in coordination with Finance, Category
and other stakeholders
- Ensure the process flow on leads to the team
- Create or improve processes and SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of the team to meet the targets
- New Customer Acquisition
- High-velocity Customer acquisition to be done through telecalling
- Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales

Other Skills
- Good communication skills for communication with internal stakeholder and for the deal closures
- Have basic knowledge of Ms Excel, PPT, etc
